The OCS Leadership Team

Rob has been a leading figure in the facilities management industry since founding Servest in 1997, and in 2018, he led the sale of Servest to Atalian Global Services.
For five years, Rob was Group CEO at Atalian Global Services, until the UK, Ireland and Asian Atalian businesses were sold to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, who had previously bought the OCS Group in 2022.
With both organisations under new ownership, Rob has spearheaded the merger of the businesses under the OCS brand, creating a new positive disruptor in the international facilities services market, with over 130,000 employees worldwide.
He has a simple vision – to make OCS the best facilities services company in the world, and an ambition to deliver significant growth across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and APAC, leveraging his considerable M&A experience.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys watching Arsenal and plays a variety of sports, including golf, tennis and squash.

Bob has been involved in the facilities management industry since its inception in the early 1980s.

He was involved in the first-ever public outsourcing projects in the UK, leading some of the most prestigious FM projects. His work has taken him to many countries around the world, where he has worked across both public and private sectors.

Bob was Group Managing Director for the G4S FM business prior to joining OCS in 2014, where he quickly progressed to the role of CEO for the UK, Ireland and Middle East. Having led a turnaround programme for the business, he was part of the executive team managing the sale of the business to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in 2022.

Bob’s ambitions for the new OCS Group are to drive growth and establish the business as a leading FM player in the UK and internationally. Another of his goals is to embed our new company values, ensuring we are a business that ‘does the right things, the right way’, delivering great value for customers and looking after our people.

Outside of work, Bob is a Manchester United fan who also enjoys going to the theatre and walking his dogs.

Val has been in the facilities management industry for over 30 years, starting her career at Rentokil Initial before moving to OCS in 2023.

Key achievements during her career include large-scale HR transformation programs and the implementation of global HR Information Systems across eight regions in more than 80 countries.

She has led acquisition integration across the UK, Europe and the US, and created and implemented talent management strategies.

Val’s ambition for OCS is to create an environment in which each and every one of our colleagues feels valued, heard and developed, and empowered to thrive in their roles.

When she’s not at work, Val enjoys Shotokan Karate, and spending time with family.

Daniel started his career in a leading mergers and acquisition consultancy firm, before moving into facilities management in 2011. He quickly excelled in the industry and became the CEO for Atalian Servest, a position he held for five years.

Daniel’s key achievements during his career include successfully leading the business through the Covid-19 pandemic, integrating a number of transformational acquisitions during the group’s development, and leading the UK Hard Services division, before his appointment as CEO.

Daniel plans to position OCS at the forefront of the industry with a focus on recruiting the best people, investing in technology and driving the group’s ESG agenda.

Outside of work, Daniel’s interests include following Ipswich Town, fitness, property and travel.

Roland has a strong track record in business growth, transformation and change management. He has led various organisations around the world, with expertise spanning multiple industries, including telecoms, fintech, information technology, manufacturing, and logistics.

Roland holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the New York Institute of Technology, an MBA from HEC Paris, and he has completed executive programs at Harvard. He brings valuable insights as an advisory board member for numerous multinational corporations and non-governmental organisations worldwide.

His ambitions for OCS include driving growth, targeting transformative initiatives, and leveraging his expertise in digital transformation, sustainability and M&A. In Asia Pacific, his ambition is to consistently deliver exceptional service, exceed client expectations, and raise the bar for excellence.

Fluent in many languages, Roland combines his professional achievements with personal interests in philosophy, music, fine arts, and sports.

Simon has been involved in the FM industry since 2000, initially with G4S, before joining OCS in 2017.

An alumnus of Said Business School, Simon has a wealth of experience in M&A, and was a key part of the team that executed the sale of OCS International to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in 2022. Prior to this, he led multiple acquisitions and disposals across OCS and G4S, optimising synergies and enhancing EBITDA performance.

Simon is excited about the opportunity to bring two great brands together to produce the ‘best’ FM provider in the industry, and his ambition is to create optimal value for the business while ensuring the combined finance function is a strategic enabler of change and a high-performing, world-class centre of excellence.

Outside of work, Simon enjoys all sports, with football and snowboarding his key passions. He also enjoys music, travel and spending time with family.

Ketan joined OCS in 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in leading digital strategy. He has been the driving force behind the growth of various FTSE businesses.

Ketan’s forte is steering businesses through rapid growth and change, and delivering digital transformation programmes that have positioned businesses for success.

As an advocate for equality in technology, Ketan is an official ambassador for Women in Technology. Having been influential in information technology for many years, he has also been named in the Top 100 Global CIO list numerous times.

His ambition at OCS is to build the technology that propels our go-to-market propositions, ultimately delivering value for both colleagues and customers.
Outside work, Ketan is an avid paddleboarder, a keen traveller, and on a Sunday afternoon can be found in the kitchen cooking for his family.

Scott has been in the facilities management industry since 2019. He started his career at Rentokil Initial before joining OCS in 2020 as Group General Counsel.

Scott has more than 20 years of in-house legal experience, having built in-house legal teams in many different countries, and resolving a number of important business disputes.

He has led the delivery of significant merger and acquisition deals that have reshaped and grown the businesses he has worked for and has experience across deals, contracts and disputes in more than 50 countries.

Outside of work, Scott has a keen interest in participating in and watching sport. He is a Brentford FC season ticket holder, and a fan of rugby, cricket and cycling.

Titus’ journey in facilities management started in 2007 as the Rentokil Initial Benelux Program Director. In that role, he structured the agenda for change and steered the company through transformation.

During his career, he has delivered transformational change in a programme that spanned three years and several countries and is the go-to expert for driving large-scale change agendas.

Titus joined OCS in 2017 to support the M&A agenda, and now runs the programme for change in the UK, Ireland and Middle East. His ambition for OCS is to continue the successful growth of the company and navigate us through upcoming changes.

When he’s not at work, Titus loves to spend time with his family, tend the garden and stay fit. If there’s any time left, he tries to get out on the golf course.
