We manage crowds at check-in and move your guests through to security as efficiently as possible, and with our smooth-running security and queue management, travellers move towards departures without delay. To speed up the process, we carry out pre-checks on hand luggage and we safely dispose of materials that are not allowed on board.

In some of our international airports, we have introduced Co-botic cleaning technology, such as autonomous floor scrubbers and vacuuming robots, which have transformed cleaning operations, reducing energy consumption and boosting productivity.

We create better experiences for passengers with reduced mobility

We are committed to improving the experience of passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) and have teamed up with Paralympians Dylan Alcott and Andy Barrow to understand how people with disabilities or reduced mobility navigate airports, how we can support them better, and make air travel accessible for all. With their help, we have trained our staff to help people with reduced mobility enjoy the best airport experience possible.

Reducing water consumption at Christchurch Airport, New Zealand

At Christchurch Airport in New Zealand, we introduced one of our Co-botic cleaners, Osca, which is powered by new-generation lithium-ion batteries.
